Sky Q remote won’t pair with new Hisense TV

I have a new Hisense TV and I'm struggling to pair my Sky Q remote to the tv to control volume/standby/input etc. I have followed the setup process using the Sky Q menu, trying using the TV product code (70A6BGTUK) and 'find it for me' methods, bur despite being given 13 potential configurations, the outcome seems to be that the TV is not currently supported by Sky. I also contacted Hisense who have given me a number of 3 digit, 4 digit, and 5 digit codes to try, but I can't seem to find a way to use these codes - any suggestions of how to use these codes, or how to get Sky to capture this particular Hisense model in their next software update?

Hi @Markrwhammy

Afraid Q Bluetooth remotes don't use codes as the rely on Brand and Model?

As for getting Sky to add this to their next software update that's wishful thinking .

If you have tried all the Hisense codes then try Other brands
