My Sky Q Remote has suddenly stopped letting me us Voice Control to skip adverts. So if I say SKIP that comes up but won't accept saying SKIP 3 MINUTES - So it just FFW really slowly. Have reset remote, paired again..Turned off TV & Broadband. Any ideas ??

Ours and my sister's doing same - either just recognises 'skip' but more often than not, thinks we've said 'Get 4 minutes' instead of 'skip'. Sky trying to stop us skipping adverts?

I always say skip four minutes , usual length of an ad break , used to work amazingly...now it changes "skip" to "get"....

Maybe something's changed in the voice identification training data. Try my way and see if that works.
