Sky Q remote won't control JVC LT-24CR230

Hi, I've tried all of the codes provided, but I can't get our Sky Q remote to control new LT-24CR230 JVC television. Any ideas. Thanks

I believe the Roku OS JVC range is very new, so there may not yet be a working Q remote code.

Thanks for the tip but just tried the Vestel codes and no luck unfortunately.

I just fixed this issue with my new TV (model LT-40CR340) and found if I select Polaroid, one of the options actually worked!

Give it a try, might be using the same setup.

I found something strange today...I just received a new sky Q remote (voice control stopped working on the old one), but the new one will not control the new TV!

The Sky Q box I have doesn't use codes.

@Ecosse as @Minimog says bluetooth remotes don't use codes and probably 90% of the Q remotes or more are bluetooth the old remotes supplied with mini boxes were only IR and they used codes but Sky stopped supply IR only remotes a long time ago

Roku find the first one it works only for the volume

It's a Roku jvc TV. Go to settings & when you search for your TV its a roku TV.  The sky test, 5 tests does this change the volume. It should work then. Good luck. I've been 2 hours before I thought to change ut to roku tv

It's a Roku TV. When you go into the settings pick roku TV instead of jvc. Took me 2 hours before I thought of that. The sky test then worked & remote works. Good luck
