Hi all My sky remote is not working with my sky Q or my TV I've gone through the online checks nothing helps so i filled in the free remote replacement form submitted it, got email saying be with me within 3 to 5 days, 10 minutes later I get a text message saying unfortunately we can't process your order click on link below, I did this which brings me back to the replacement form which I resubmitted got same email and text again Is this because I replaced my remote about year ago?
