Sky Q remote not fully connecting to TV

I have a new TCL Roku TV and my Sky Q remote will not fully link up. I have gone through the steps and it will change the volume but cannot turn off the TV or change the source, so the only way I can connect to Sky is use my TV remote which is pretty convoluted as I need to go through all my apps. Any helps please? My TV model is not listed as an available model on the Sky list.

Hi @tina-lorimer 

You are aware that to turn the television On or Off yo need to make a three second press on the Q remote stand by button?

Did you try Other brands in the remote pairing setup?

Yes I'm aware, my old TV worked just fine on the remote. The source button isn't working either so if it was programmed properly that would be functioning too.
