No Idea why, but my Sky Q box seemed to stop working randomly - neither the remote not the power button on the box would take it out of standby mode. Had to kill the power for 30s and then it came on. Have set up the remote so voice function works on it, but it no longer controls volume or TV/Soundbar.
Holding 1+3 doesn't seem to work, but if I go through the settings menu I can get to the Control Your TV setting. It just doesn't recognise Samsung QE48S90DAE. I've then tried going through the 8 which seem assigned to Samsung and none of them work. I've tried selecting other brand and going through the 44 options and none of them work.
I don't understand why it won't pair, as it's the same TV/box/remote/Soundbar that I've been using for months without issue. Any ideas?

Yeah I removed it with 7&9 first.
It's all sorted now. Resorted to unplugging and reconnecting everything (tv, console, Soundbar/subwoofer, sky box) and it worked.
No idea why the issues came out of nowhere but setting it all up from the beginning seemed to be the foolproof way forward.

Did you hold 7 & 9 together for 4 secs to reset the remote before 1 & 3?
