Sky Q remote Toshiba TV

Hi, 

my Sky Q is not working properly. The volume button on Sky Q not working and also my tv remote not working at all except power button. 

I have a black digital remote on the left hand side of the screen with the power button flashing between red and white and at the bottom it's jumping between "change" "next " "select" "deselect". 

looking to see if anyone else has had this problem and how they fixed it? Have tried reconnecting remote but says tv in supported? And tried the 7 and 9 method.

Sounds like an issue with the TV. I would call Toshiba (my wife used to work for them when they had a much bigger UK operation 😄)
