Sky Q recordings no longer available

After getting nowhere with resets I called out Sky engineer. I was told the symptoms were a failing hard drive. So I got a new Sky Q 2Tb box. Seems to have resolved the issue, been working fine for a week now. No charge if it is a Sky Q box
