Sky Q recordings marked as series appear as individual recordings without grouping
In the last few weeks, recordings of series (e.g. Coronation Street, Eastenders etc) on different nights do NOT appear under "Recordings" as grouped items. Instead they appear all over the recordings list as individual recordings!
Even worse, many of the recordings simply show the channel recorded, but a blank indicative picture, or -even worse - a totally different picture from another program!
I checked the software and it's current, but just to be sure performed a software update anyway.
Surprise, surprise - no change!
Any recommendations?
I'm loathe to reset everything to factory settings as I'd lose recording planner details, all recorded programs, any changed settings, and so on?
However, if that's the only way, then .........
Any help gratefully accepted!

Try a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if applicable -
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button
Allow 5-10 minutes before things hopefully revert back to normal.

Thanks Daniel but that was the first thing I tried?!
OK, only on main box, and not the mini box upstairs, but - according to Sky technical dept - that box only reflects the main box, mirroring the info via Wifi.

Have the same problem. I have tried the reboot method but nothing changes

I have the same problem, this started happening recently across multiple programmes, programmes which were previously collated into groups based on the series.
