Sky Q purchase history

Purchases are back after turning off smart standby mode to off?! Strange 


A part form Sky sports channels blacking out and intermittently pixelation , now Sky is no longer displaying my purchased movies despite seeing them all on the app. 

What on earth is going on! 

Watch via Sky to option is no longer active. When I try to download an existing movie it's says technical fault. 

Is Sky server down?

Hi @Ajaja Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?
