Sky Q picture dropout for a few seconds

I've looked through the forum & noticed that other people have had this problem. I'm getting this problem on all channels, on recordings & if using the Sky built-in apps So far I've followed these suggestions:

 

1) change hdmi cable (I've done this twice, each time replacing the cable with a high quality 2.1 compliant one)

2) changed the tv hdmi port

3) performed a complete power cycle, also cycled my BT broadband router

4) performed a soft reset via the hidden menu

I'm in an apartment block with a communal dish & no one else a

has this problem.

any other suggestions?

What TV is it? What res? 2160p/10? Tried another TV??

Tv is a Samsung 55" S95C (2023). The problem occurs at HD & UHD. TV works fine as a standalone (no dropouts on broadcast or streaming, including HDR, problem only via Sky Q input), or with BluRay input. We don't have an alternate TV to try.

It could be a faulty box. Or TV.

 

tried updating the firmware on both?

Did both, both are current recommended, according to Sky & Samsung.
