Sky Q on demand not working

Hello,

 

I had my sky Q installed yesterday. I can't access any of the on demand programmes with my Sky Q. It is asking for me to upgrade my subscription. However:

- I have HD and UHD package

- I can watch the same programmes on my Sky Go app.

 

Could you please help?

Would you like your post escalating to Sky? Sky will then try to refresh the viewing card which sometimes needs a couple of attempts.
