Sky Q not working, TV screen is black

Tried resetting Sky box, will not switch on. Tried everything recommended, believe box is faulty and needs to be replaced

We're other customers here - if you are definite it's a faulty box then call Sky.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@MrsF  Can youn try the steps in this link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-box-wont-turn-on-t2

 

If it still doesn't work there is an option to order a replacement box without calling.

 

Please be aware if you order a replacement box the courier will collect the old one so please remember to remove the viewing card from the old box befiore they pick it up as you'll need it for the replacement one.
