I've been recording the US Open golf today on channel 405 since it started at 3pm. Whilst that was recording I was watching the start of the Le Mans 24 on Eurosport.
About 30 mins later I started watching the golf from the beginning and continued alternating in this way for a couple of hours.
I then had to pop out of the house for 15mins so left my TV on the motor racing, when I came back I tried to go back to the golf but it had disappeared from my recordings!!!
I returned to the TV guide and it shows the recording symbol but it's not recording!! I have reset the box stopped the recording and started it again but the same result, shows as recording but not in the recorded section!
Anyone any ideas?

May be worth checking your Disk space in Recordings - Manage.
It will cause issues if there is not enough available space for long scheduled recordings

Only 35% used so space not an issue.

Hi @Enjaybeee
Have you tried a Reset Settings in the Q box hidden menu.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Only Carry out the first Reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will wipe all recordings.
After the Reset you will have to re pair your Bluetooth remote If you use one.
If you cannot switch the Q box on with the remote after the Reset press the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the box.
To re pair the remote press 1 & 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair.
Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the Q box when you press 1 & 3 together.
Resetting the settings will also reset:
Audio visual settings, such as picture resolution and HDMI control
Settings changed within the hidden engineer menu, include LNB type. If on a communal dish you need to reset the LNB to SCR in the hidden menu. After changing the LNB type you need to reboot the Q box.

Amazingly, I have just "stopped" the non-existent recording (using the R button) and restarted it again for the fifth time and it is now showing in the recorded section. How very strange. I fear it is another nail in my Sky subscription as the system just can't be trusted (considering what I'm paying for it)
