Sky Q not recording series Emmerdale & Corrie

My Sky Q box doesn't always record the soaps on the day they're shown. It also records a programme on every channel eg Emmerdale when recorded is also recorded on +1 and non had channels

Do I need to delete previously watched programmes to make space for new ones? Eg is there Ltd space on the box? TIA

Go into your scheduled recordings, scroll down to the +1 and SD entries. On the right hand side click on 'remove series link' then 'cancel recording'. This should hopefully just leave you with the next episode of Emmerdale on ITV1.

No. If and when the box is reaching full capacity it'll start removing the programmes from your deleted box and then potentially your oldest recordings. Personally I try to keep my Deleted box tidy to prevent the stacking issues that are mentioned on another thread.
