Sky Q not connecting to new Lit Broadband WiFi

Hi

we recently moved from Sky Broadband to Lit Broadband. Connected to new WiFi fine but almost every time since I've got the attached message and had to reset network connection and enter username and password again. Anyone else ever had a similar issue?

wifi works fine on other devices and sky box works fine once reconnected, just annoying.

Thanks in advance.

Yep. Many, many people. Had this for years with BT and now Box broadband. Gave up on wifi in the end and quality of life improved enormously.

@NmonoHave you reset everything and started again as Sky broadband and 3rd party suppliers connect differently as 3rd party only use 2.4Ghz

Here is information on how to set up Q devices

Re: Sky Q not connecting to new Lit Broadband WiFi

I know of at least 3 people who have recently transferred to Lit Broadband and have this issue. At best they can connect their main box but not the mini boxes. It seems the Lit Router only allows one box at a time to connect which sounds mad.
