Sky Q not connecting to my Sky fibre

Sky Q box not connecting to my Sky fibre broadband. It was fine on Plusnet but I'm having a lot of issues with Sky fibre

Hi @Kerry69 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box?

@Kerry69 what router do you have from Sky is it a black or white one


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
