Sky Q not connecting to TVs

My tv has stopped working, I've tried connecting sky q to another tv and it's showing no signal. I've gone through the steps suggested by Sky Help but still no luck. My fire stick works on the 2nd tv. Any help?

Have you tried the following with your Sky Q remote;

 

Just press Home 1080 Home
