Sky Q not connecting to Netflix

Hi 

My sky Q box will not connect to Netflix most of the time. I have to turn the sky box off at the wall leave it and then turn it back on before it will connect. I have no issues with YouTube Disney or any other app any advice. I have no issue with my firestick up stairs on my other tv
