Sky Q - no volume control when viewing on LG 48A2 OLED

I've been setting up my Sky Q with a new LG 48A2 OLED TV.

Everything appears to function except volume control is only available on the LG remote, and not on the Sky Q remote. I've explored settings on the LG and Sky, but not finding a solution.

Hopefully there's something I've missed?

you will need to pair your remote to your new TV. 

I suggest you first reset your remote :

Press & Hold the 7 & 9 until the remote's light flashes 4 times to reset 

Then press 1 & 3 together to go through to re-pair  with the box and to your TV  - make sure it has line of sight of the box as until it is paired it uses Infrared

I forgot to say follow the onscreen instruction after pressing 1 & 3

It is quite likely that if your TV is very new  the model may not be listed.

Anyway, I usually suggest people just choose the 'Find it For me' option which cycles through the most used codes for the manufacturer
