Sky Q no signal

Had a new sky Q less than 3 weeks and it keeps saying no signal , but as soon as we make an appointment for an engineer to arrive within an hour it's working again (well for a couple of days and then it's back off with same issue) any help would be most appreciated

Hi @Nicleo 

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
