Sky Q no Satellite signal

Hi, I wonder if someone can help me! 
I've been having issues with sky Q for weeks now - an error message with 'no satellite signal' keeps showing. We went through all the steps of restarting the box as well as resetting the box to factory settings. We live in a flat and using a communal dish. We spoke to the neighbours and everyone's live tv seems to be working fine so it doesn't seem to be a dish problem. If anyone knows how to fix this, we would be super grateful!

Take a look at the troubleshooting on the appropriate section of this link. .
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal
You may then need to arrange for an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Be aware that as you’re on a communal dish system you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company, not Sky.

Thanks Daniel. 
already went through all the troubleshooting and booked an engineer visit just now. We've been having this issue for a few months now and all the live TV chanels suddenly appeared again and everything was fine until few days ago when 'no satellite signal' message appeared again so I don't think it's a problem with the dish. Hopefully sky engineer will be able to help

@Alex4 did you inform Sky you were on a communual dish as you need a MDU  engineer and not a standard engineer

Did you stress to Sky you were on a communal system. What have your management company/landlord said?

@Laing1  I've explained to sky that I live in a flat and use a communal dish when explaining the issue so I hope they booked the right engineer. Thanks!
