Sky Q no HDR and intermittent sound dropouts

I keep getting intermittent sound drop-outs when watching programs via the Sky Q 2TB box - every few seconds there's a split second audio dropout, then the TV shows the 'Dolby Atmos' logo when it picks up the sound again. I have Ultra High Speed certified HDMI cables (and verified the UHS with the QR codes) - tried both 5m and 3m but sound drop-outs continue..  so I'm thinking it's a faulty Sky Q box...
I've seen a few people on the forums experiencing the same issue - so maybe not the box itself, but the hardware in general, or system architecture...  The TV is an LG G4 65"
Previous TV was also LG but didn't support Dolby Atmos - although sound dropouts weren't as noticable, there was a lot of digital pops and clicks - but I've replaced the cables since then too..

But - I've also only just discovered that Sky has HDR programming but it's not available with the model of the box we have (32B0xx).
We've been paying for the Ultra-HD package for nigh on 10 years but apparently we've got to pay £50 to 'upgrade' the hardware we don't even own in order to get the service we've been paying for? Do Sky always charge £50 to replace the Sky Q box??

Scrub that (How do you delete a post?)...

Managed to get through to Customer Service and they're replacing the Sky Q box free of charge..  Goes to show, don't believe everything you read on the internet.
