I have had another 3 days of hell with Sky q multi room. It is the most buggy system in existence.
stuck in that loop of don't turn off screen with 1 box and not supported mode on the other. Box in main room is ok.
could actually just throw the gear out the window now.
never again

Without any details how can we help? Perhaps the Sky mesh is clashing with your Wi-Fi?

@GED+2 As above, mine works flawlessly. You'll need to explain exactly what your problems are.

intermittently it goes into a crazy loop and this time it has been a week.
The three dot screen comes up.
hello
tgdn the second screen please do not turn off when screen goes blank
then it just hangs.
turned everything on and off over and over.
in the past it has somehow fixed itself after 2 of 3 turn on off cycles. Sometimes after a day or two after we gave up on it after double figure on and off cycles.
this time it has been a week.
my parents house has also had the issue any time their Wi-Fi has been reset. Eventually though it clicks.
honestly never seen a system so buggy.
maybe we are just unlucky if so you say yours is flawless ( so is ours for months then it's not) and we go through on off hell )bringing the Wi-Fi and boxes down.
git to the point last night of genuinely wanting to throw the thing out the window.
the other issue has never happened before and just cut across it. The TV is a standard Samsung.
I can accept flaws with all systems but this is just beyond snything.
I have an engineer coming to look at it on Tuesday but I am looking for a solution away from Sky going forward.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI agree the Q wifi is hopeless. It is possible to get it working but its behaviour is unpredictable and impossible to diagnose.
