Sky Q minis freezing - connected by ethernet

Hi

I have a Sky Q 2TB box connected to 4 minis - all by ethernet cables to our Starlink Router. We have had the same setup for years with no issues.

In the past few weeks the Minis have been losing connection every few minutes, but just for a few seconds, causing the screen to freeze - particularly with live sport!

When i look at settings when this happens it seems to be the Network Connection that has a brief X next to it.

The wifi on all the boxes is turned off and they have static IP addresses - we have no problems with our broadband connection or any other devices.

Hoping someone has the same problem and has found a fix.

Same problem, no fix. I suspect to be told to do a reboot of box, or reset. Thought it may have been disk space, as often happens whilst progs are being recorded at same time. Did clean out and full deletion to no avail. Recordings seem fine, only live tv, and that is intermittent.

I have done all the rebooting of everything and my memory only half full. Does only seem to be live programs, not recordings.

Just wierd that it has worked fine for years and suddenly gone wrong - wondered if Sky had done a software update that had messed it up.

It is very annoying when watching sport!
