My Sky Q minibox appears to be working (red and green lights as appropriate) but I am getting a No Signal message on the TV. It was fine on Thursday last (16 1/01/25) but nothing on Friday or since.
I have checked the tv on the main box, have swapped the HDMI cable for one I know works, have tried a full reboot of the whole sytem including the booster box but still nothing.
Help please!
Alan

@Laing1 is asking if the on-screen message you are seeing is 'No signal' (text which would be produced by the television set itself), or 'No satellite signal' (wording which is generated by the Sky Q box and typically indicates a satellite dish fault)
There's a significant difference in fault-finding depending on which it is

It's a rather simple question that has a massive difference...
p.s. You're not speaking to Sky customer services here

My appologies! This is the first time I have used the Community and I completely missed the answer/question. I was looking at the blurb at the bottom of the message!!!
In reply, the message is No Signal.
Nothing changed from one day to the next in terns of the physican setup. Inh my mind this cannot have anything to do with the dish as it is a minibox and the main box is fine.
As an aside, the box is quite hot.

I presume it is on the right HDMI (1) since it has been working fine up to when it wasn't!

might be worth the old home 1080 home trick on the remote to reset the output resolution but doubt it will work

Tried those thanks but still no luck. Thinking box may be at fault.
