Sky Q mini dropping connection to main box even though wired

I have Sky Q and 2 wired mini boxes. My broadband is with Gigaclear. Randomly the mini boxes lose connection to the main box. The screen goes blue with the message and then a minute later comes back. Wifi is turned off on all boxes. I have spoken to Gigaclear and they have said there is an issue with DHCP and Sky Q and their network. I've tried Sky on this and they have not been able to solve it, last time they got me to change from eco mode on all boxes and that was it but still happening.

Hi @Mullers77   I have been using Gigaclear for years, with two Mini boxes connected by Ethernet and have not experienced any problems at all.

Hi @Mullers77

Hi @Mullers77

When all boxes are connected by Ethernet you can then switch off all Q box WiFi.  If on Sky Broadband you can leave the WiFi on for the WiFi hotspots.  However it's still best to carry out Networks resets as follows:-

Start with main Q box and first carry out a Network reset with the Ethernet connected.
Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Select connect wired to non Sky Router (or Sky router if on Sky Broadband). Do not carry out any WPS and just wait for the box to connect. It may take a couple of minutes. If it does not connect there is an issue with the Ethernet connection.
As soon as it connects go immediately into the Q box hidden menu and turn off WiFi.

To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Go to Network to turn off both bands of WiFi. Confirm before exit.

Repeat the network reset on any minis in the Mini Home menu with the Ethernet connected. Again do not do any WPS and just wait for it to connect.
Once it is connected go immediately into the mini hidden menu (same procedure as above) and turn off both bands of WiFi. Confirm before exit.

If I put the main Q box on then the moni box will work.

Turn the maon box off then after about 1/2hour the mini box goes off
