Sky Q mini connected but says it’s not

My sky Q mini has suddenly started saying it isn't connected to the main box but I can tear the sound but blue screen overrides the picture 

it often turns itself off and won't come back on as gets stuck on the blue screen 

nothing has changed but the new problem

Hi @bumblebee71 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, then do the same with the Mini box?

I have done that but made no difference- think I may need to ring sky - thank you for responding
