I recently had to unplug my Sky Q mini box. Now when I switch it back on at the mains, the red light comes on for a couple of seconds then disappears. Doesn't respond to remote or manual pressing. Just stays off. I can see power is getting to box as the light behind the "optical out" port is lit. Main box is fine.
