Sky Q mini box - tv keeps stopping

My mini box tv keeps stopping. I have tried a reset and network reset bu the problem still persists which means I am paying for a minibox but can't watch anything. My normal Sky box is working fine. Can anyone suggest any way of fixing this please ?
