Sky Q mini box stuck on red light

We had a power cut for three hours. One Sky Q mini box is now stuck on red light. Tried the reset and also tried to reboot the remote but as the mini box isn't responding that remote has paired with the main box in the room next door. Any ideas appreciated.

hi @JohnMorris 
Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.

Thanks. Unfortunately the standby is just stubbornly sticking on red. No amber.

Hi @JohnMorris 

I have removed your recent post regarding the same issue.  No need to start multiple threads.

Red/ Amber it's the same button.

Have you tried pressing it as my previous post ??  The red/amber led is also the Q box strandby button.

Thanks. Yes - have pressed it but nothing happens. Remains red. Does not go green.
