Sky Q mini box shuts down and becomes non-responsive after changing internet away from sky?

Hi

We recently changed our Internet away from sky to Swish for better value and obviously better speed and coverage but the moment we switched our Internet over on the main sky Q box the mini box shut down with a red light on it.

I have done every single thing possible, master reset, reset under the old Internet, power reset (hold button for upto 30secs) ect ect.

But nothing will reset the system on the mini box.

Has anyone any ideas apart that I have read about as I am about to call sky and have it replaced or just send it back full stop.

All help gratefully received.

Probably can't reach the Sky Q over wifi. Maybhave beennusing the router's wifi when on Sky. Try a powerline adapter.

Hi 

I have pressed the reset button at the back of the box, i have also disconnected the power... plugged it back in and held the power button for 30sec..?

I have connected the power and held the WiFi button..?

I have pressed the 2 buttons incase I was pressing the wrong 1..🤣

I have even held in the reset button for 30sec..🤣

All while hard wired to the new wifi box.

Reset the sky mini-box from the sky Q box's settings..

I think this box has given up on itself as soon as it was not recieving sky wifi🤷🏻 is it in the code of the box somewhere as soon as it stops receiving paid for sky wifi shut down🤔
