Sky Q mini box reset step 2 of 4

My Sky mini box is stuck on step 2 of 4. All other boxes have been switched off and reset and when it says hold button until orange light is flashing, the light is already flashing and when I press the WPS button on the main box it is still not firing this box up! Two out of three boxes are working but the one in my teenagers room isn't! I've done everything everyone has recommended

Is the Main Q box the nearest Q device?

You can use the WPS button on another connected mini if it is nearer.

The box that isn't working is on the middle floor so the same distance to the main and the other mini

Looks like you may need a Q WiFi booster @Frosty14

Maybe first thing to try is to swap the mini for one that is connected

Thank you so much. I linked it with the other mini and it paired with it straight away 🤦🏻‍♀️ thanks for your assistance on a Sunday 👍🏻

Thankyou I finally managed to get the mini box working when I pressed to wps button on the main Sky Q box  and after several minutes of both flashing it finally worked.
