Sky a mini box keeps pausing and skipping when viewing live tv.I have to reboot both SkyQ and sky mini to sort out but I am having to do this daily. I have also rebooted sky router. Is there anything else I can do to improve this or do boxes need replacing?
wifi signal is strong at both boxes.

Hi @Duncanw47 reboot your devices in the following order:- Reboot your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, followed by any Mini boxes?
If you are still having connection problems with the Mini box to your main SKYQ box, you may need a SKYQ booster which sits between the Mini and Main SKYQ box, you will need to call SKY and ask for a SKYQ booster, which may need an engineer visit to install.

I have the same issue, with Live TV and recordings on BOTH my mini boxes. Sometimes programmes freeze for a good several seconds, before they come back. Both on LIVE and recorded content. Other times the sound is affected for several secounds with picture working fine. The problem can't replicated on the Main SKY Q box, which appears to work OK on the Main TV in living room.
Also, I can't fast forward or rewind recordings on any of the Sky q Mini boxes, the program tries to forward, but keeps taking what seems like 3 steps forward and 2 steps back. Randomly changing from 30X speed to 6X or lower speeds, and going back in time instead of forward half the time. This happens on Both miniboxes, but the main recordings on the SKY Q main box are fine to fast forward. No issues present themselves on Main box, although I suspect there is some kind of communication issue between the main Q box and miniboxes.
I have followed the suggestions on this forum over the last 6 weeks, resetting all of the boxes including the broadband router, and going step by stop to Sync main Q box to SKY WIFI router first, then link up the Q boxes later. Done this a few times, but it hasn't solved the problem.
I think I need an engineer visit, as it's driving my Mrs. up the wall, when she can't hear or see parts of programmes for several seconds at a time.
