Sky Q mini box not working after power cut

Hi,

 

Had a powecut this morning, my Sky Q mini box will not turn on and has a red light on it. How can I fix this?

Have the same problem. Sky Q box says mini box is connected. Mini box is not! Tried to reactivate, unplug both etc. Still nothing on mini box.

Automated message from sky telling me to do what ive already done or make an appointment and pay for an engineer.
