Sky Q mini box not turn on

Hi my mini skyQ box will not turn on, cannot get a green light on the box

Hi @Barb125 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
Try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Have tried re paring the remote , it flashes as it should but box still shows red and won't go to green,

Also pressed the amber button on mini box will not turn green
