Hi. I have a Sky q box and one mini box. Until yesterday both worked fine.
Yesterday the mini box showed the error that it was not receiving a satellite signal. Therefore I could not watch live tv or recordings on this box. It is connected to the Internet ok as the apps all work fine.
On my sky main q box the live tv and apps are working fine but the recordings screen is blank and only shows the little circle going round when it's trying to load up the screen.
I have tried unplugging the boxes at the mains and starting this up again but this did not solve the issue.
I've tried reactivating the connection between the boxes and again this did not work.
I've tried resetting the boxes by pressing 001 select whilst highlighting the settings menu and selected the top reset option so in theory I do not lose my recordings but again this has not fixed my problem.
Finally I have run software updates.
The boxes are still not working properly. Can anyone suggest something else I can try as I've run out of ideas!

Hi @SJDAKK In the following order:-
Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?
