Sky Q mini box no signal via hdmi lead

My sky Q mini box loses connection with tv as says no hdmi cable attached, sometimes comes back on after a while, new hdmi and a new tv!!! Does it to two boxes, I have 4 mini boxes all same software and two at the moment working.

See if the following helps
First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the mini box is connected.
Then with the mini box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the mini box remote control.

This will change the Q box to standard resolution which should work for all TV’s.

Still does it, blips and freezes.
