Sky Q mini box no satellite signal and Sky Q main box hard drive issue so no recordings can play

I had issues a few weeks ago and Sky engineers visited my house, i still have issues which now show on the main Sky Q box stating hard drive issues and no previous recordings can be accessed, also i have no satellite signal stated on my mini box even though we have confimred stated connections to the main box, plus internet is all fine and connected
