Sky Q mini box no longer connecting and apps disappeared

Had my package updated on Saturday, and been problems ever since.

 

First the mini box stopped working (account says I still have multiroom but main sky q box says I don’t), then after spending hours on the phone trying unsuccessfully to fix that someone suggested a software update (even though it was already showing as having the latest software) and then a new viewing card. Card arrived today and now noticed that all apps (apart from Peacock) have disappeared (and the multi room problem still not fixed).

 

Have tried so many reboots I’ve lost count (and also the app refresh in the hidden menu).

 

Any ideas before I get back on the phone?
