We have 2 mini boxes in use which constantly lose Internet connection. The WiFi strength is great and speed is around 400mbs, sky boosters and Virgin wifi pods around the house. All other smart TVs and devices never have an issue. Loading can be slow as well through the mini boxes. I tried a wired connection and it kept connecting to the neighbours wifi. Any ideas?

hi @Paul151
Your WiFi speed is largely irrelevant with 3rd party broadband as the mini needs to connect to the Sky WiFi mesh generated by the main Q box or other Q devices.
3rd party WiFi pods are likely to cause interference to this connection.
You say you have Sky boosters.
Exactly what version are these.
Sky Max Pod
Sky Broadband Booster
Sky Q Booster
Sky Wireless Booster
A Sky WiFi booster can extend your hub's WiFi signal to cover those harder
