Sky Q mini box keeps freezing

I have tried the reboots and still happens

I have tried to contact SKY through the Virtual Assistant which was pointless

I was referred to speak to an agent to learn that is currently unavailable

I am supposed to be a VIP customer

I was hoping that a SKY engineer would be able to visit and sort out but I don't know how to arrange

Hi @pg1973   There is a major problem with a viewing card issue, which may impact on contacting Sky at the moment.
