Sky Q mini box freezing when another TV is turned on

My Sky Q mini box keeps freezing every time I turn on the television in another room that is connected to my main sky box.  The other sky Q mini boxes are fine and I have just replaced the one that keeps freezing with a new one but the problem keeps occurring.  The sky Q mini box is fine with no problems until I turn on the TV that is connected to the main box.  Have also completed all the various resets etc.
