Sky Q mini box cannot play ultra HD recordings

My Sky Q minibox will not play back recorded Ultra HD recorings but main box will.

That is correct - SkyQ mini boxes do not support Ultra HD.

Indeed, only up to HD is supported.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
