Came home from work last night and the Sky Q Box said it was not connected to the router/network. Sattelite Signal is fine and we can watch live TV, just cannot get any internet services/apps. Just a "x" against Network Connection, all other settings have a tick.
All four lights on the Sky Broadband Router are Green - Wifi works Fine
The "connection" on the Sky Booster is blank and the other two lights "power" and "Wifi" are green.
I have tried reconnecting with WPS to both ROuter and Booster, no avail. I ahve tried normal scan and password entry for connecting but still not connceting (password 100% correct).
I have tried Ethernet connection, still will not connect.
I have tried resetting and rebooting all. Both mini boxes are connected to the internet but show that they are not connecting with the main Sky Q box.
From research, it looks like there is a hardware issue with the main box, given everything else can connect (mini boxes etc). All laptops, ipads etc get wifi with no nissue and checking connection with My Sky App shows taht broadband and wifi al working well, just the connection to the Sky Q main box.
Any help greatly recieved but I suspect I need an engineer visit and a new Sky Q main box.
