Sky Q main box stuck in standby mode. Followed advice on sky.comhelp pagr, still not working

Sky Q main box, is stuck in standby mode.

Tried unplugging from mains left unplugged for 5 mins,  still stuck. 

Went into sky.com help page and followed instructions up to recovery, did this, still stuck with orange light on. 

Any ideas?

Hi @AcePo 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Tried that,  still doesn't turn the sky box on.

Hi @AcePo Is your SKYQ remote working? Click on the link Here and follow the troubleshooting tips?
