Sky Q main box not connecting to tv

Sky q main box not connecting to tv tried another tv but still not working the other multi room boxes are woeking

unplugged everything and left to cool down and changed skart

Are you sure you have a Sky Q box as they dont have SCART ports on them, Only the older non Q boxes (Sky +, Sky + HD, etc) have SCART

@Karenmanze are you seeing any messages on the screen can you confirm if the box is actually starting up ie does it show a green light when you press the on button on the remote or does the light on the box stay amber
