Sky Q main box is not showing recordings or catch up tv

Live tv and external apps are fine.

WiFi connection has been reset and is fine.

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

No error messages. It read Technical Fault on the reduced screen, until I reset the router and Q bix. But problem persists.
