A few times a day, the Sky Q box will complain that there's no internet connection to the Sky router. No internet services work.
It tells us to reset the connection, however, often if we just go on to the network setup screen and look at it for a bit it will restore the connection on its own.
If this doesn't work, resetting the connection usually does, although it's a bother.
There is definitely no loss of internet from the router during these Sky Q outages, unless the Sky router is singling out Sky Q as being the one device it won't provide internet to. Everything else works as it should and the lights are all green.
Things I've tried:
Power cycling the Sky Q box
Power cycling the router
Resetting the router
Attaching an ethernet cable
Resetting the Sky Q network connection and telling it to connect via the ethernet connection
Things I know about but haven't tried:
Turning off the wifi on Sky Q so it has to use the ethernet connection
Factory resetting the Sky Q Box so it loses everything
My wife is getting really annoyed about it!
