I've had this issue since I upgraded my broadband in February (which I felt pressured to do). Currently paying over £100 a month for broadband and basic Sky TV (no sports or cinema)
Every now and then (can be hours days or weeks) the broadband will drop to Sky Q and Netflix and other streaming will stop! It will come back on but keeps consistently happening and when I'm paying as much as I am, really expect better! Been on the phone so many times and and getting nowhere. No fix at all!
